Message	and about an hour (if it's your first time) are all that you need (besides new coolant and distilled water to refill the system (and maybe a bottle of Water Wetter if you can find it)). There are ~6 10mm bolts that hold on the second splash guard piece. In theory you can use the little access door, but since the drain cocks are POSs, you'll need more room for the draining coolant to drain into your pan. Read the FAQ/ Tech article on installing an Underdrive Pulley, as it has all of the steps you will need to follow. Rule #1 - There's always a bastard!
